The Presidential Press and Information Office Accreditations and Briefings Department is now taking accreditation requests to cover the events commemorating the sixty-second anniversary of victory in the 1941–1945 Great Patriotic War:

Wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier beside the Kremlin wall.
May 9, 10 a.m. Red Square
Military parade celebrating the sixty-second anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War.
May 9, 8 p.m. Red Square
Concert celebrating the sixty-second anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War.
Please send a separate request for each event indicating your passport details (including your date and place of birth). Foreign journalists must also indicate their Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation number.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECTLY MADE ACCREDITATION REQUESTS WILL NOT BE EXAMINED!
The deadline for requests is 3 p.m., April 28, 2007. Requests can be faxed to 606–90–00 or 606–73–77.
