The Presidential Press and Information Office Accreditations and Briefings Department draws the attention of journalists accredited to cover the Annual Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly on April 26, 2007, to the following:

– The Address will begin at 12.00 in the Marble Hall at the Kremlin;

– Journalists will enter the Kremlin through the Spassky Gates

For journalists with TV and photo equipment entry is from 8.30 to 9.30, and for the print media, from 9.30 to 11.00

You need to have your passport and press card with you, and foreign journalists need their Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation.
