The congratulatory message reads, in part:

The results of the hard labour of grain farmers, agro-technicians, machinery operators, animal breeders, and processing industry workers can be found in every Russian home and in every family. These results are the foundation for Russia’s food security and living standards for millions of our people.

Today, the government sees among its top priorities attracting investments, creating new jobs, and increasing cost efficiency in the agriculture and food processing industry, for which introducing cutting-edge technologies is essential. The government programme of agriculture development is successfully implemented while the processing industry modernization is underway.

Other priority government policies are improving social services, energy and gas supplies, and housing construction in rural areas.

I am certain that your knowledge, experience, and love to your homeland will help Russian agriculture become modern and competitive.”
