“In performing your military duty you and your comrades remained true to your oath and carried out your missions in extremely difficult conditions, supporting each other, sometimes acting at the risk of your own lives.

Many of you continue to serve in the Armed Forces and work in law enforcement agencies today. Your courage, steadfastness and unity are worthy examples for the young generation of soldiers and officers.”
