Vladimir Putin will receive the letters of credence from 13 new foreign ambassadors

On May 28, the President will receive the letters of credence from thirteen new foreign ambassadors to Russia.

As is tradition, the ceremony will take place in the Grand Kremlin Palace’s Alexander Hall.

The President will receive the letters of credence from: Emil Brix (Republic of Austria), Arben Gazioni (Republic of Albania), Remigijus Motuzas (Republic of Lithuania), Goce Karajanov (Republic of Macedonia), Mireille Pettiti (Principality of Monaco), Abdulrahman Al-Rassi (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), Mamadou Deme (Republic of Senegal), Peter Priputen (Republic of Slovakia), Carlos Deymek Sorreta (Republic of the Philippines), Julio Cesar Prado Espinosa (Republic of Ecuador), Grum Abay Teshome (Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia), Nomasonto Maria Sibanda-Thusi (Republic of South Africa), and Telar Ring Deng (Republic of South Sudan).

The presentation of letters of credence to the President marks the official start of their missions in Russia for newly arrived ambassadors and permanent representatives of international organisations.
