Vladimir Putin signed Presidential Executive Order On Organising the Funeral of Yevgeny Primakov.
The Executive Order expresses sorrow at the passing on June 26, 2015, of Yevgeny Primakov, outstanding Russian statesman and former Prime Minister, and makes arrangements for organising the funeral.
A state commission, headed by Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Ivanov, will oversee the funeral preparations.
Mr Primakov will be buried on June 29, 2015, at Novodevichy Cemetery in Moscow.
The Moscow city authorities have been instructed to assist the State Commission in organising the funeral. The All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company will organise live broadcast of the funeral ceremony, and the Foreign Ministry will officially notify foreign states of Mr Primakov’s passing.
