The message reads, in part:
“You work in one of the key branches of the national economy and this country’s energy security, the efficient implementation of its industrial and agricultural potential and the resolution of pressing social issues to a great extent depend on your professionalism and responsible approach.
It is a pleasure to see that you have significant achievements to mark your professional holiday with, such as the commissioning of new facilities. I would like to single out the highly necessary, immense and demanding task of ensuring stable power supply to the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
