President Medvedev signed an Executive Order awarding the Order of Friendship to Archbishop of Tulchyn and Bratslav Ionafan (Anatoly Ivanovich Yeletskykh), head of the Tulchyn and Bratslav diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate).
Archbishop Ionafan is being honoured for his outstanding contribution to the development of cooperation between Russia and Ukraine.
