The President asked them to pay particular attention to the proper and effective use of state assets and funds transferred to state corporations’ possession, and also to check that their activities correspond to the purposes stated in the federal laws on their establishment.
Mr Medvedev instructed them, based on the results of the checks, to present proposals, including on the expediency of continued use of such legal form of organisation as state corporations.
The deadline for carrying out the instructions is November 10, 2009.
