Working group formed to monitor and analyse law enforcement practice in entrepreneurial activity

The President of Russia signed instructions On a Working Group to Monitor and Analyse Law Enforcement Practice in Entrepreneurial Activity.

The President issued instructions to set up a working group to monitor and analyse law enforcement practice in entrepreneurial activity and approved its make-up.

Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Ivanov was appointed head of the working group.

The working group includes representatives of various associations of industrialists and entrepreneurs: the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Chamber of Trade and Industry, OPORA Russia and Delovaya Rossiya, as well as law enforcement agencies: the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Investigative Committee, the Interior Ministry and the Federal Security Service. Other members include Aides to the President Andrei Belousov and Larisa Brychova.

The working group to monitor and analyse law enforcement practice in entrepreneurial activity was created to ensure communication between business organisations and federal executive bodies of power.
