The executive order aims to further the development of Russia’s technological and industrial capability in the field of developing and producing means of protection against the destructive components used in weapons of mass destruction, the effects of technical accidents and disasters and terrorist attacks, and also to develop protection technology required for work in harmful and dangerous conditions.
Roskhimzashchita Corporation was established by Presidential Executive Order on October 29, 2003.
