President Medvedev instructed Mikhail Fridman, one of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE) executives, to analyze different scenarios for Russia's transition from crisis to development, taking into account the proposals made by big business representatives. Dmitry Medvedev also said he plans to meet with the RUIE soon.
