The agreement establishes the international law basis for cooperation between the parties’ relevant bodies on protecting information made available by the parties within the SCO’s Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure, and also on investigating cases of its unauthorised dissemination.
The agreement was signed in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) on June 17, 2004.
