Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to the participants, organisers and guests of the 18th Junior Delphic Games, scheduled to be held on April 19–24 in the Rostov Region.
The message reads in part:
“The Junior Delphic Games are always seen as a significant and outstanding event in the life of the upcoming generation and the entire country. They allow everyone to see with their own eyes that we have many capable, talented and active young people who successfully realise their potential in choreographic art, creative and applied professions. Their achievements and impressive results irrefutably prove that national culture and the people of Russia have a tremendous constructive potential.
“I am confident that the current 18th Junior Delphic Games will also be up to the mark, will be remembered for their open and well-wishing atmosphere and will serve the professional assertion of their participants.”
