Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to participants, organisers and guests of the 30th Kinotavr Open Russian Film Festival.
The message reads, in part:
“Over the years, the festival has established some very strong traditions and earned a reputation of one of the most respected national forums presenting deeply meaningful, quality and noteworthy films. The festival has cultivated a constellation of talented and brilliant creators who honourably represent Russian cinematography at international venues.
Of course, the festival is always an important celebratory occasion for Sochi and cinema enthusiasts all over the country.”
