Vladimir Putin sent his greetings to participants, organisers and guests of the All-Russian Youth Far East Educational Forum VOSTOK, which brought together young people from Russia and a number of foreign countries in Vladivostok, the capital of the Primorye Territory.
The message reads, in part:
“I am confident that your forum will take its rightful place among the country’s youth educational platforms since it is focused on such vital issue as the development of the Russian Far East.
I know that the forum participants have considerable professional, design, social and volunteer experience and can offer their programmes and initiatives to strengthen the socioeconomic and geopolitical potential of this unique region and to improve the quality of people’s lives.
The agenda includes interesting discussions, roundtable events and meetings with prominent politicians, experts and representatives of ministries and departments, as well as a rich cultural and entertainment programme.”
