The meeting took place following the meeting of the Eurasian Economic Community Interstate Council.
Bilateral relations and regional problems were the subjects of discussion.
The President of Russia expressed hope that the customs union between three Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC) members Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan will then be joined by other Community members. Mr Bakiev praised the Customs Union for creating a stable economic space that will facilitate the development of the economies of its member countries.
