The Federal Law was approved by the State Duma on November 20, 2009 and by the Federation Council on November 25, 2009.
The Protocol specifies the procedures to be applied by the Customs Union Commission in drafting and approving lists of countries entitled to participate in the Customs Union’s tariff preferences system, and lists of goods originating and imported from developing and least developed nations and qualifying for tariff preferences.
