Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to the seventh Congress of the National Medical Chamber Union of the Medical Community in Moscow.
The message reads, in part:
“Since its foundation, the National Medical Chamber has played a significant role in addressing key issues related to people’s healthcare and longevity as well as improvement in the quality and accessibility of medical services.
And, of course, you also focus on such important topics as amendments to the law, improvement of the doctors’ training system and implementation of up-to-date standards in the industry.
I am confident that within the congress’s busy agenda you will expertly discuss topical professional issues, develop recommendations and proposals and outline your plans.
Let me stress that all your initiatives are highly sought for in order to implement the state healthcare policy, because they are based on your rich expertise and experience.”
