Vladimir Putin congratulated military and civilian personnel of the National Centre for State Defence Control on the 5th anniversary of its founding.
The message reads, in part:
“In today’s conditions with traditional and new challenges, the country’s security, the efficiency of its Armed Forces directly depend on reliable and stable operational management, comprehensive, real-time analysis and forecasts of the situation and the clear coordination of the authorities’ activities at all levels. It is this set of issues that is entrusted to the National Centre for State Defence Control, founded in 2014.
High-quality specialists who responsibly fulfil their duties serve here. Thanks to their professionalism, dedication and loyalty to their oath, the centre has gone competently through the difficult stages of its formation, solved many unconventional, nontrivial tasks, and today it is the most important link in the state’s military command system.
I am convinced that you will continue to fulfil your duty with honour and make a significant contribution to strengthening Russia’s defence capabilities.”
