Dmitry Medvedev said that he expects Mr Chirkunov to make decisions regarding the misdemeanours and liability of all persons responsible for the tragedy in the nightclub in Perm, including officials in the regional administration.

Earlier in the day, Dmitry Medvedev met with Russia's Prosecutor General Yury Chaika and emphasised the need to determine the degree of administrative and criminal liability of all persons responsible for the tragedy, including government officials and representatives of various supervisory bodies.
