Preparation of a draft law on improving efficiency of the penitentiary system and on revising pre-trial denetion practices was the subject of discussion.
The President said that he instructed the review of the penitentiary system because of the many complaints it has drawn, and said that he will personally examine the draft law when it is submitted to the Presidential Executive Office.
