Dmitry Medvedev awarded orders, medals and certificates conferring honorary titles.
Alexander Antonov, the train operator of the Nevsky Express, was awarded the Order of Courage for his bravery, self-possession and professionalism that helped save many lives.
Others receiving decorations included former Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Eduard Rossel, Director of the State Hermitage Museum Mikhail Piotrovsky, Metropolitan Kliment, and four-times paralympic champion Andrei Lebedinsky, as well as actors, journalists, and members of other professions.
