Dmitry Medvedev signed the Federal Law on ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Intergovernmental Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation among the CIS Member States regulating the Fund's presence in Russia

The agreement establishes suitable conditions for the Intergovernmental Humanitarian Cooperation Fund’s activities in Russia, taking into account that the Fund is located in Moscow.

The agreement was signed in Moscow on April 22, 2009.
