Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to Olympic champion Vitalina Batsarashkina, a record holder and winner of the 10-metre air pistol event at the XXXII Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
The President’s message reads, in part:
“You competed against experienced and well-known rivals and won the “gold” at the XXXII Olympiad in Tokyo.
