The Prime Minister has been requested to organise the implementation in some regions in 2010–2011 of an experiment to provide social welfare support to low income groups on the basis of social contracts and, based on the experiment’s results, draw up methodological recommendations for the social protection services providers, and proposals on making the relevant amendments to Russia’s legislation.
