The Convention was signed in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) by ten members of the Commonwealth of Independent States to further the development of international road transport.
The ratification of the Convention will ensure additional social guarantees for passengers, improve the security of international transport, and help promote the further development of intergovernmental relations.
