Article 1
Ratifying the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance Between the Russian Federation and the Lugansk People’s Republic, signed in Moscow on February 21, 2022.
Article 2
This Federal Law shall go into effect on the day of its official publication.

The Federal Law provides for ratifying the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance Between the Russian Federation and the Lugansk People’s Republic, which was signed in Moscow on February 21, 2022.
The Federal Law was submitted to the State Duma by the President of the Russian Federation.
The Treaty reaffirms the policy of the Russian Federation to develop comprehensive, forward-looking cooperation with the Lugansk People’s Republic.
The Treaty provides for broad cooperation in the political, economic, social, military and humanitarian areas.
