Dmitry Medvedev presented top students at St Petersburg State University (SPSU) Law Deparment with certificates confirming their Anatoly Sobchak scholarships.
The President also visited an exhibition dedicated to Anatoly Sobchak organised at the SPSU Law Deparment.
In the morning President Medvedev honoured the memory of Anatoly Sobchak by laying flowers on his grave at the cemetery of St Nicholas of Mirlikia .
February 20 marks 10 years since the death of Anatoly Sobchak.
