The message reads, in part:
“In recent years, the Federal Bailiff Service has conducted a great deal of meaningful work on improving the domestic legal system, implementing state policy on the execution of legal acts, strengthening the guarantees of security and order and asserting the principles of justice. The importance of the tasks facing your service compels each of you to be exceptionally competent, have impeccable personal qualities and be devoted to your professional duty.
I am confident that you will continue working in good faith, paying primary attention to the large-scale introduction of modern technology and improving managerial approaches to resolving current problems.”
