The President signed Executive Order On Conferring the Title of Hero of the Russian Federation on Mikhail Vasilyev.
According to the Executive Order, the title Hero of the Russian Federation was conferred on archpriest Mikhail Vasilyev (posthumously), a Moscow Eparchy cleric, for courage and heroism displayed while fulfilling his civic duty.
