Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to the participants in the opening ceremony of the anniversary Tavrida.ART youth art festival.
The message reads, in part:
“This year the festival marks its fifth anniversary and once again unites young musicians and artists, directors and artists, scientists and volunteers, journalists and fashion designers from all over Russia in the Crimean city of Sudak, in the Kapsel Bay. You have warm summer days ahead of you, full of colourful events, interesting meetings, creative discussions, cultural activities and sporting events. And of course, at the festival venues, you will be able to discuss topical youth issues with friends, exchange fresh ideas and positive experience, and get support for implementing your projects.
I am glad that Tavrida.ART has been constantly promoting its creative potential and traditions, and, as always, welcoming its guests, an increasing number of them every year. Today, families of participants in the special military operation, military personnel, law enforcement officers, famous performers, and residents of the Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol and Donbass are among the spectators.
I am sure that the festival will be a success, that it will open up new opportunities for you for spiritual and professional growth, and that it will be remembered for a long time for its friendly atmosphere.”
