Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the finalists of the National Open Championship of Creative Competencies ArtMasters 2023.
The message reads, in part:
“It is gratifying that your ambitious and amazing project was implemented and has made a significant contribution to the professional development of talented young people in the field of culture, art and the creative industries. And of course, ArtMasters has helped many young men and young ladies express themselves, fully realise their creative potential, and gain the opportunity to be employed by the country's leading theatres and film studios.
I know that aspiring screenwriters, designers, artists, composers and representatives from other careers from more than 40 countries took part in this championship. This convincingly proves the high authority of national culture and education, as well as the sincere desire of young people to strengthen business and personal contacts and their willingness to cooperate and communicate.”
