The message reads, in part:

I am pleased to note that you are successfully up holding the creative traditions established by renowned journalists, correspondents, editors, translators and publicists who came before you, and generously share your experience and knowledge with young employees.
I am confident that the Rossiya Segodnya International News Agency will continue to deliver top-quality work, maintaining its position as a respected leader in the domestic and international information landscape.”
