Vladimir Putin sent his greetings to the participants, organisers and guests of the eighth National Forum of the Rehabilitation Industry and Universal Design, Hope for Technology.
The message reads, in part:
“To continue the serious and comprehensive discussion of topical problems concerning our country’s rehabilitation industry, your traditional meetings have once again brought together in Moscow representatives of relevant ministries and departments, expert circles, the business community, and volunteer organisations. It is gratifying that every year the forum builds up its potential and serves an important and noble cause: creating a comfortable environment for the life and self-realisation of people with disabilities.”
