The agreement specifies, among other aspects, the procedures for deployment of military units, weapons, combat equipment, and other supplies. It also defines the responsibilities of the Collective Peacekeeping Forces’ command and senior officer for allocation and proper application of allotted funds and for supervising consumption thereof.
The agreement was signed in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, on October 5, 2007.
