Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to the participants of the Muus uSTAR youth festival.
The message reads, in part:
“This colourful and large-scale forum has become a good tradition in the cultural and public life of Yakutia. It is a major and significant event that brings together youth, and helps young men and women showcase their talents in various arts, such as filmmaking, animation, music and find arts, as well as take part in sports competitions. Moreover, at the festival, they will have the opportunity to make new friends, find like-minded people, and receive support in realising interesting projects and ideas.”
