Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to Editor-in-Chief of Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper and Chair of the Union of Journalists of Moscow Pavel Gusev on his 75th birthday.
The message reads, in part:
“Your outstanding professionalism and personal qualities, as well as your creativity have enabled you to excel in what you have been doing for many years and deliver on challenging and diverse tasks at the helm of Moskovsky Komsomolets, one of Russia’s most popular press titles. Of course, I must emphasise that you have been a proactive community leader and made a meaningful contribution to upholding the best traditions in Russian journalism. I wish you good health, success and all the best.”
Pavel Gusev is a Soviet and Russian journalist and public figure, Editor-in-Chief and owner of Moskovsky Komsomolets, Chair of the Union of Journalists of Moscow, merited journalist and cultural worker of the Russian Federation. He holds several state awards.
