Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to Leonid Roshal, President of the Research Institute for Emergency Children's Surgery and Traumatology of the Moscow Health Department, on his 91st birthday.
The message reads, in part:
“I am happy to join in the sincere congratulations addressed to you today by your colleagues, friends and, of course, from tens of thousands of young patients whom you helped preserve health and life, their parents and families.
I believe that your unique experience, knowledge, and true devotion will continue to serve to preserve and develop the noble and merciful traditions of domestic medicine.”
