Article 83(b¹), Article 112 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and Federal Constitutional Law No. 4-FKZ On the Government of the Russian Federation, dated November 6, 2020, establish that Prime Minister of the Russian Federation shall have 10 deputies, including one First Deputy Prime Minister, one Deputy Prime Minister – Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District, and Deputy Prime Minister – Chief of Staff of the Government Executive Office.

The Executive Order also approved the attached structure of the federal executive bodies.

As per the Executive Order, the Government shall bring its legal acts in compliance therewith and submit its proposals on bringing the legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation in conformity with the Executive Order.

At the same time, some executive orders by the President of the Russian Federation shall be declared null and void.
