Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Acting Head of the Executive Branch of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mohammad Mokhber.
The leaders discussed further mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation in all key areas. In particular, they expressed special satisfaction with the countries’ successfully progressing cooperation in the energy sector and the implementation of large infrastructure projects.
The President of Russia wished the people of Iran success in the upcoming presidential election, emphasising his confidence that Russian-Iranian friendly relations will continue to develop progressively.
