Visit to Agro 07 horticultural farm

August 20, 2024, Germenchik village

Vladimir Putin visited the Agro 07 horticultural farm in the village of Germenchik in Kabardino-Balkaria.

Established in 2007, Agro 07 specialises in the cultivation and processing of fruits and vegetables, primarily apples. The company’s gardens are located in two municipal districts of Kabardino-Balkaria spanning about 200 hectares. The farm also owns state-of-the-art fruit storage facilities. In 2020, it expanded its operations to include the cultivation of blueberries and also produces natural sugar-free fruit leather.

During the visit, the President is being accompanied by Head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic Kazbek Kokov, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District Yury Chaika, and Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut. Agro 07 founder Rashid Tumov gave the visitors a tour of the farm.
