Mr Zubkov briefed the President on the sowing campaign and government support for farmers in acquiring elite seeds and fertilisers. The grain market situation, grain exports opportunities, and grain storage and grain elevators construction issues were also discussed.

The President emphasised that it is imperative to reduce export duties for agricultural producers and ensure supply of fuel and lubricants to farmers at subsidised prices.
