“Your traditional Sochi meetings are invariably distinguished by a busy agenda and a significant representation of federal and regional media outlets, as well as internet media. I would like to highlight the diversity of topics under discussion and the wide range of opinions on both current professional issues and matters in the public eye. In addition, the forum provides excellent professional opportunities for young journalists attending workshops, roundtables and meetings with masters of journalism, experts, and heads of major media outlets. There is no doubt that these close and substantial contacts serve to consolidate Russian media around important and ambitious goals and facilitate productive exchanges of professional experience.

I am confident that the forum will be held at a proper organisational and creative level and will usher in promising projects that are required by the times.”
