The message reads, in part:

Your extensive experience in participating in multi-level election campaigns convincingly shows the high level of trust voters have in the party’s deputies. Its representatives make a constructive contribution to the work of the Federal Assembly, regional parliaments and municipal self-government agencies, prioritise such important issues as upholding the rights and interests of citizens, strengthening the family institution, educating the rising generation and improving people’s standards of living. I would also like to acknowledge your sincere commitment to collaborating fruitfully with other political parties and public organisations to successfully address the large-scale nationwide objectives facing the country.”
