Vladimir Putin sent greetings to participants and guests of the National Professional Skills Championship for People with Disabilities and Health Impairments Abilympics.
The message reads, in part:
“Over the past decade, the Abilympics movement has gained nationwide recognition and earned respect from experts and employers, making a truly unique contribution to addressing key issues such as creating accessible environments, providing comprehensive rehabilitation and supporting the social adaptation of people with health limitations. Most importantly, participation in your much-needed projects has helped them embark on their professional journeys, acquiring new skills and competencies along the way.
I know that in the regional and qualifying stages, you demonstrated high levels of skill and expertise. As you approach the final and most critical stages, I want to offer my support and wish you a winning mindset.
I am confident that during the championship, you will make a strong impression, gaining experience that will be valuable both in your work and in life.”
The President also congratulated the Abilympics movement and its participants on the organisation’s 10th anniversary.
