“Over the past period, your Association has done a great deal of substantive work aimed at providing comprehensive support to participants and veterans of the special military operation and their families. You are genuinely seeking to assist the rank-and-file members and commanders who have experienced combat at the frontlines, helping to achieve success in their professional and public life, and to find opportunities to realise their talents and abilities in creative pursuits or sports. Moreover, I would like to emphasise the importance of veterans’ involvement in the education of the rising generation, in implementing patriotic and educational initiatives, and in preserving the memory of your comrades-in-arms.

I am confident that your gathering will enable you to discuss these and other tasks facing your Association, and that your ideas and proposals will certainly be in high demand.”
