Vladimir Putin sent greetings to participants and guests of the 18th HeliRussia 2025 International Helicopter Industry Exhibition.
The message reads, in part:
“Let me note that your exhibition is among the most authoritative forums that familiarise the public at large, as well as the expert and entrepreneurial communities, with the latest achievements of the helicopter industry. While assisting in the development of Russia’s scientific, industrial and commercial ties with foreign partners, HeliRussia is a shining testament to the high international interest in Russian aircraft equipment and the results achieved by Russian researchers, designers and test pilots. They successfully carry on the traditions bequeathed by their outstanding predecessors, who stood at the inception of the industry. They create advanced methods, introduce unique engineering solutions, and develop promising areas of focus. In particular, I am referring to unmanned aviation, which is acquiring strategic importance in both defence and civilian spheres. It is gratifying that the programme of the current exhibition focuses on this topic.
I am confident that HeliRussia 2025 will be held at a high organisational level and will help to strengthen mutually beneficial business contacts, enhance the innovative potential of Russian businesses and advance their competitiveness.”
