The order is aimed at improving the mechanisms of the federal executive bodies.
The order establishes that the Federal Agency for Supplies of Arms, Military and Special Equipment and Material is subordinate to the Defence Ministry and also defines the agency’s personnel organisation.
The Government has been sent the relevant instructions.
