Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the faculty, students, postgraduate students, and alumni of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
The message reads, in part:
“Over the years, the Academy has earned a strong reputation as one of the leading centres for training executive personnel, who are in demand at all levels of government, in various sectors of the economy, business, as well as in public service, education, the creative industries, and other professional fields. Your institution hosts numerous projects under the Russia – Land of Opportunity platform, including the School of Governors and the School of Mayors. I would particularly like to highlight your significant and constructive contribution to actively advancing the Time of Heroes programme, which offers participants and veterans of the special military operation unique opportunities for professional development, enabling them to apply their talents and abilities for the benefit of the Fatherland.
